Exercise should be a part of your day that you look forward to. My programming will be safe and effective, but I also want to make sure you’re having fun while conquering your fitness goals and pushing your limits. Whether you like to work out solo, with others, or need a program for your at home gym – I got you covered.

SMALL GROUP SESSIONS

  • Small group sessions will last 50 minutes. Workouts will change daily, always focusing on full body with cardio intervals and strength training. Max 8 people per session.
  • Scheduled sessions on Mindbody:
    • Monday: 6:00 am / 8:15 am / 9:30 am / 4:20 pm / 5:30 pm / 6:40 pm
    • Tuesday: 7:00 am / 8:15 am / 4:20 pm / 5:30 pm
    • Wednesday: 6:00 am / 8:15 am / 9:30 am / 4:20 pm / 5:30 pm
    • Thursday: 4:20 pm / 5:30 pm / 6:40 pm
    • Friday: 6:00 am / 7:00 am / 8:15 am / 9:30 am
    • Saturday: 7:30 am / 8:30 am / 10:00 am
    • Sunday: no classes
  • OTHER CLASS TIMES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST via email at contact@shanafit.com, or by phone 717-288-7560. Minimum 8 people for a session.
